About the Position

We’re looking for a CNC Programmer / Operator who’s passionate about precision machining and automation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll program, set up, and run CNC mills and lathes to produce complex, dynamic parts that support our high-tech machine builds.

If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, this is a great place to grow — we have a Master Machinist onsite who’s willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Autodesk Fusion 360 (mostly 2.5D work).
• Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to develop accurate toolpaths.
• Determine tooling, fixturing, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Optimize programs for efficiency and quality.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering and production on new product development.
• Use math, geometry, and logic to create variable-based programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Fusion 360 (or similar CAD/CAM software).
• Familiarity with Haas CNC mills and lathes; Y-axis experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior machinists and engineers.
