The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Program complex 5-axis milling operations
- Program multi-axis CNC turning and mill-turn centers
- Develop and optimize toolpaths for tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Support first-article prove-outs and production troubleshooting
- Refine programs to improve cycle times and process stability
- Collaborate with machinists, quality, and engineering teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
This is high-mix, high-precision work — not routine production programming.

- Experience holding tight tolerances in precision environments
Preferred
- Aerospace or medical device manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with AS9100D or ISO 13485 environments
- Experience supporting first-article inspections
