What You’ll Do
- Create CNC machining programs for parts and fixtures in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing
- Optimize existing programs to improve cycle times, accuracy, and consistency
- Support production by troubleshooting programming issues
- Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications
- Ensure programs meet AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality requirements
- Provide manufacturability feedback to engineering teams
- Maintain organized program files and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Required Experience
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience
- Strong understanding of machining processes for mills and/or lathes
- Ability to interpret GD&T and engineering drawings
- Experience working within ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning ability
- Effective communication skills
Software & Technical Skills
- Mastercam
- SolidWorks CAM
- Strong general computer proficiency
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training in CNC machining, manufacturing, or design preferred
