The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and related equipment
• Load parts, run programs, and make basic edits at the machine as needed
• Select tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify part quality
• Troubleshoot minor machining issues and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow

Machines, Controls & Software

You’ll work with equipment such as:

Machines: Doosan, Hyundai WIA, HAAS CNC mills and lathes
Controls: Fanuc-based controls
CAM Exposure: Basic CAM programming or program edits as needed
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, gauges

Materials You’ll Work With

• Aluminum
• Alloy and carbon steels
• Stainless steel
• Other materials as required for hydraulic components

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 1+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T basics
• Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, and part inspection
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with Doosan, WIA, or HAAS machines
• Exposure to Fanuc controls
• CAM programming familiarity
• Experience with press brakes, stamping, or fabrication equipment
• CAD experience (e.g., SolidWorks)

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.27 per hour (DOE)

Shift Differentials:

• 2nd Shift: +$0.50 per hour
• 3rd Shift: +$1.00 per hour
