⚙️ What you’ll be doing

• Set up, program and operate CNC milling machines and machining centers
• Independently machine workpieces used in mechanical-engineering applications
• Work from technical drawings and established machining programs
• Load, align and clamp large workpieces for safe, accurate machining
• Select appropriate cutting tools and make in-process program or tool corrections
• Safely operate an overhead crane when handling large components
• Perform dimensional checks and support quality assurance
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader production team

✅ What we’re looking for

Required

• At least 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Programming skills and sound knowledge of cutting tools
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling equipment
• Ability to work independently with reliability and attention to quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience machining large or complex workpieces
• Experience using cranes or other material-handling equipment for large parts
• Background in machine-tool or heavy-equipment manufacturing
