CR Machine is expanding production to support a steady pipeline of precision machining work. This role is critical to maintaining daily throughput, quality, and on-time delivery for customers machining stainless steel and high-temperature alloys.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Load, unload, and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes
• Run repeat and production jobs while maintaining quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
• Perform in-process inspection and basic troubleshooting
• Use precision measuring tools to verify parts
• Work closely with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothly

Machines, Controls & Shop Technology

You’ll work with equipment such as:

• Machines: Kitamura, Brother, Miyano, Doosan, Smart CNC mills & lathes
• Controls: Fanuc-style controls (varies by machine)
• Inspection Tools: Micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges

Materials You’ll Work With

• Stainless steel
• High-temperature alloys

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints and part drawings
• Basic understanding of CNC machining concepts and shop practices
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred (Not Required)

• 2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience
• Familiarity with CNC mills or lathes (Kitamura, Brother, Miyano, Doosan, Smart a plus)
