What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery across the facility
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines
- Troubleshoot and repair machine tool controls and components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Use OEM manuals and vendor resources to resolve machine issues
- Support production teams by responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime

You’ll be working across a large, modern CNC environment including:
- Machines: CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Swiss Machines, Multi-Axis Equipment (up to 13-axis)
- Controls: Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens

- Support Systems: Preventative maintenance programs, internal documentation, vendor resources

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing CNC machinery
- Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens controls
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical)
- Ability to work independently and support production teams
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in aerospace or medical manufacturing environments
- Multi-axis or Swiss machine exposure
- Experience working in high-mix or high-precision environments
