The Work You'll Be Doing

Depending on your background and the position that's the best fit, you may:

• Set up and operate large CNC machining centers
• Machine complex weldments and fabricated components
• Work on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining applications
• Read advanced blueprints and engineering drawings
• Set tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Modify CNC programs as needed
• Verify tool paths and perform collision analysis
• Machine stainless steel, aluminum, exotic alloys, and high-temperature materials
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams

What We're Looking For

We're interested in talking with machinists who have experience with:

• CNC milling
• Multi-axis machining
• 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis machining
• Horizontal machining centers
• Bridge mills or gantry mills
• Large-part machining
• Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
• Blueprint reading and precision inspection
• Tooling, fixturing, offsets, and machine setup
• Marine, defense, aerospace, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments

• 10% Shift Differential

Weekend Day Shift

• Friday – Sunday
• 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 14% Shift Differential

Weekend Night Shift (Rhinelander Only)

• Friday – Sunday
• 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 17% Shift Differential
