About the Role

Bronco Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to support precision manufacturing operations at our Anna, Texas facility. This is a hands-on machining role focused on multi-axis CNC milling, tight tolerances, and high-quality components for medical and defense applications.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills with Fanuc controls
• Machine complex components on Kitamura 5-axis (3+2) and Okuma CNC mills
• Program parts using Mastercam and/or GibbsCAM
• Perform precision machining to print using tight tolerances
• Conduct first article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Machine materials including 6061 & 7075 aluminum, stainless steel (300/400 series), brass, bronze, and copper
• Maintain machines, tooling, and work area for safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and outcomes

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or CNC Programmer
• Strong background with Fanuc-controlled CNC mills
• Experience with 3–5 axis machining
• Proficiency in Mastercam and/or GibbsCAM
• Solid blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience working under AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality systems (preferred)
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-focused
