CNC Machinists are essential to maintaining precision, consistency, and craftsmanship across all production, ensuring our clients receive reliable, mission-critical products.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate DMG Mori 3-axis milling machines and other CNC equipment
• Program, load, and run CNC programs at the machine
• Select tooling, set offsets, and verify workholding
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and surface plates
• Maintain tolerances to exact specifications throughout production runs
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust feeds/speeds/offsets to maintain quality
• Collaborate closely with programmers, engineers, QC, and other machinists

• Machines: DMG Mori CNC 3-Axis Milling, Mill/Router setups
• Controls: Fanuc
• CAM Software: Any (Mastercam/Fusion/Misc.)
• Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, surface plates

Materials You’ll Work With

• Aluminum
• Mild / Alloy Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Other metals as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience
• Experience with 3-axis mills or routers
• Proficiency with Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering models
• Strong understanding of setups, tooling, and offsets
• Experience performing part inspections and holding tight tolerances
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Preferred:

• CAM programming experience
• Multi-axis machining or mill-turn experience
• Experience in industrial, data center, or OEM manufacturing environments
