⚙️ What you’ll be doing
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Produce precision hydraulic manifolds according to job specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Select and install the appropriate tooling and fixtures
- Make machine adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment
- Inspect completed parts for dimensional and visual defects
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues
- Perform routine machine and tooling maintenance
- Work with different materials and adjust machining methods accordingly
- Follow production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate production concerns to the Production Lead

Required
- Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience selecting and installing cutting tools and fixtures
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related inspection tools
- Basic machining math and measurement skills
- Understanding of dimensional tolerances and part specifications
- Knowledge of different materials and their machinability
- Ability to inspect completed parts and identify defects
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and workplace cleanliness
Preferred
- Experience machining hydraulic manifolds or fluid-power components
- Familiarity with G-code and M-code
- Experience making basic CNC program edits
