Overview:
Primeway Tool & Engineering is hiring a dependable CNC Mill Operator to support our precision machining team. This role is ideal for someone with basic CNC experience who’s eager to build their skills in a clean, team-oriented job shop environment.

You’ll be working with a variety of mills including Fanuc Robodrill, Haas, and Fadal. Our team handles complex, low-volume parts and values precision, quality, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate vertical CNC mills (Fanuc, Haas, Fadal)
• Load/unload parts and monitor machine cycles
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and indicators
• Make basic offset or tool changes as needed
• Deburr and clean completed parts
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Communicate with programmers and setup leads

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of CNC mill operating experience preferred
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of GD&T is helpful
• Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic

Equipment Includes:

• Fanuc Robodrill (3/4/5-axis)
• Haas CNC mills
• Fadal CNC mills
• Basic inspection tools (mics, calipers, indicators, etc.)

Pay:
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Pay is flexible depending on experience.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
• Overtime and weekends as needed
