📍 Location: Brimfield, MA
💰 $25 – $37/hour (DOE) + Shift Differentials
About the Role
Viant Medical is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing Brimfield, MA facility. You’ll play a key role in producing precision medical device components by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment to ensure high-quality, life-enhancing products.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift – 4x10s (Mon–Thurs)
- 2nd Shift – 4x10s (Mon–Thurs) + 10% shift differential
- Weekend Shift – 3x12s (Fri–Sun) + 15% shift differential
Pay Range:
💵 $25 – $37/hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines (5 axis Mills, Lathes, Swiss, Wire EDM) for production
- Inspect parts using precision tools and blueprints (GD&T)
- Troubleshoot and correct machining issues to maintain quality standards
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure safe, efficient operation
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience working with tight tolerances and small precision parts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles preferred
