Position Type: Full-Time
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 5x8s (Monday–Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 4x10s (Monday–Thursday) – Includes 10% shift premium
  Work Authorization: U.S. Person status required (ITAR)
  Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  Relocation Assistance: Available

💰 Compensation

• CNC Machinist II: $27.00 – $34.00/hr
• CNC Machinist III: $33.00 – $40.00/hr
• 2nd Shift Premium: Additional 10%
• Overtime: Available

🛠️ Responsibilities

CNC Machinist II — Setup & Programming

• Operate and program CNC mills and lathes
• Edit existing programs for better efficiency and quality
• Select tooling, design fixtures, and calculate feeds/speeds
• Mentor CNC Machinist I team members
• Provide job time and material estimates

CNC Machinist III — Advanced Programming & Machining

• Execute complex CNC machining independently
• Collaborate with project managers for quoting and planning
• Troubleshoot advanced machining issues
• Mentor Level I & II machinists
• True 5-axis machining experience preferred

✅ Qualifications

• Level II: 2+ years CNC experience with strong programming
• Level III: 3+ years advanced CNC programming/machining
• High school diploma or GED required
• Machining certificate or degree preferred
• Proficiency in Surfcam, Mastercam, and ERP systems a plus
