As a CNC Machinist in our Concord facility, you’ll play a key role in producing tight-tolerance parts for critical applications in aerospace, medical, defense, and commercial markets. The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes
• Machine components to precise tolerances (±0.001")
• Run both prototype and short-run production jobs
• Load and adjust CNC programs using Surfcam or Mastercam
• Select and install tooling, set offsets, and build workholding
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Interpret blueprints, 3D models, and GD&T callouts
• Collaborate with team leads, programmers, and QC staff

Machines: Haas, Mazak, Doosan, Hurco
Controls: Fanuc, Mazatrol
CAM Software: Surfcam, Mastercam
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 1+ years of CNC machining experience (Level I)
• 2+ years of CNC machining and setup experience (Level II)
• Ability to read blueprints and 3D models
• Basic programming/editing experience (Surfcam or Mastercam)
• Comfortable working to tight tolerances in a job shop setting

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with both mills and lathes
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Trade school or machining certificate
