Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift (4x10s) — Monday to Thursday
Work Authorization: U.S. Person status required (ITAR compliance)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

💰 Compensation

• CNC Machinist I: $24.00 – $28.00/hr
• CNC Machinist II: $27.00 – $32.00/hr
• 2nd Shift Premium: Additional 10%
• Overtime: Available

🛠️ Responsibilities

CNC Machinist I — Entry-Level CNC Operator

• Operate CNC mills and lathes
• Assist with setups and basic programming
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Support custom part production in a fast-paced shop

CNC Machinist II — Intermediate CNC Setup & Programming

• Perform advanced setups on CNC mills/lathes
• Edit and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or Surfcam
• Select tooling, build fixtures, calculate feeds/speeds
• Assist with quoting and time/material estimates
• Mentor CNC Machinist I teammates

✅ Qualifications

• Level I: 1+ year of CNC machining experience
• Level II: 2+ years of CNC experience with strong programming skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certificate or associate’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with Surfcam, Mastercam, and ERP systems a plus

🏭 Shop Environment

• Climate-controlled, clean CNC machining floor
• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. (team lifting available)
• Exposure to standard shop noise and fumes
• PPE provided
