The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers supporting large-part production
• Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot equipment, controllers, and machining processes
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing requirements
• Select tooling, establish offsets, and set appropriate feeds and speeds
• Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools
• Perform in-process checks to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Operate overhead cranes for handling large workpieces
• Maintain tooling, equipment, and shop organization
• Work independently with minimal supervision

• CNC Turning Centers

• Overhead cranes
• Precision inspection equipment

Inspection Tools:

• Calipers
• Micrometers
• Precision hand measuring tools

• Large industrial components

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2–3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with CNC turning and/or CNC Swiss equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience selecting tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds
• Strong inspection skills using precision measuring tools
• Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Experience with large-part manufacturing environments
• CNC milling experience
• Experience operating overhead cranes
• Additional setup or troubleshooting experience
