The Work You’ll Be Doing

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and manufacturing specs
• Make tooling changes, offsets, and minor edits at the machine
• Inspect in-process parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges
• Perform routine maintenance and adhere to PM schedules
• Complete all job routers and paperwork to GMP/GDP standards
• Collaborate with teammates and escalate machining issues as needed
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives

Machines, Controls & Materials

• Machines: Haas, Kitamura, Robodrill, Brother, Doosan SMX, Willemins
• Materials: Titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, plastics
• Controls: Fanuc, Siemens, proprietary controls

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years CNC machining experience (milling required)
• Ability to set up and operate CNC mills with minimal supervision
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• High school diploma or GED
• U.S. person status (for ITAR compliance)

Preferred:

• Associate degree, machinist certificate, or apprenticeship
• Experience with mill-turn or Swiss CNC machines
• Background in medical or aerospace machining environments

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Pay: $26 – $36/hr
Shift Differential: +20% for 2nd Shift
Schedule: Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri | 4:14 PM – 2:45 AM
Benefits:
