The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
• Produce precision-machined parts to print and specification
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to verify quality
• Adjust offsets and machine settings as needed
• Monitor production and maintain part consistency
• Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments
• Support daily shop operations alongside a small, collaborative team
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Machines, Controls & Inspection Tools

You’ll work with equipment such as:

• Machines: Haas CNC mills and lathes
• Controls: Haas controls
• Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, and standard precision measuring equipment

• Aluminum
• Steel

• General production materials depending on customer requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a team-oriented shop environment
• Comfortable lifting 30–40 pounds regularly
• Desire to produce quality work and continue learning

Preferred

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Experience setting up or operating CNC mills and/or lathes
• Familiarity with Haas controls
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools

Pay Range

• Junior Machinist: $20.00 – $22.00/hr
• Experienced Machinist: $24.00 – $29.00/hr
• Pay based on experience and skill level
