You’ll be a key contributor in delivering high-precision components across aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial applications.

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Program, set up, and run complex CNC machining jobs
• Work across CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines (including 5-axis)
• Optimize machining strategies for efficiency, quality, and cycle time
• Design and implement fixtures and workholding solutions
• Load, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Mentor junior machinists and share best practices
• Support quoting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Machines, Controls & Software

Machines: CNC Mills (3-axis, 5-axis), CNC Lathes
Controls: Fanuc, Haas (varies by machine)
CAM Software: Fusion 360 (or comparable CAM software)
Inspection Tools: Calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 5–7+ years of advanced CNC machining experience
• Strong experience with CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Experience machining high-tolerance precision components
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred (Not Required):

• 5-axis machining experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Fusion 360 or similar CAM software
• Experience mentoring or leading machinists
• Machining degree or technical certification
