Pay: Above-market rates (benchmarked annually)

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers (2-axis through 9-axis)
- Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components from exotic alloys
- Run both production and high-mix jobs, depending on preference
- Load, adjust, and verify CNC programs
- Select tooling, set offsets, and manage workholding
- Perform in-process and first-article inspections
- Work closely with engineering, tooling, and quality teams

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- CNC machining experience or strong mechanical aptitude with desire to learn
- Ability to work in a precision, quality-driven environment
- Willingness to grow skills through in-house training
Preferred (Not Required):
- Aerospace or defense machining experience
- Multi-axis machining exposure
- Setup or advanced programming experience
