  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Night Shift: Sunday Night – Friday Morning | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
    Pay: Above-market rates (benchmarked annually)
    Overtime: Available
    Experience Level: Entry to Senior (training & advancement available)
    Work Authorization: U.S. Person (ITAR environment)

The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Set up and operate CNC machining centers (2-axis through 9-axis)
  • Machine tight-tolerance aerospace components from exotic alloys
  • Run both production and high-mix jobs, depending on preference
  • Load, adjust, and verify CNC programs
  • Select tooling, set offsets, and manage workholding
  • Perform in-process and first-article inspections
  • Work closely with engineering, tooling, and quality teams

You can choose variety or stability—Acutec supports both.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • CNC machining experience or strong mechanical aptitude with desire to learn
  • Ability to work in a precision, quality-driven environment
  • Willingness to grow skills through in-house training

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Aerospace or defense machining experience
  • Multi-axis machining exposure
  • Setup or advanced programming experience
