💰 Pay: $24.00 - $41.00 per hour + $2.50 Shift Differential
🕒 Schedule: 3 Days a Week | Every Other Week = 6 Days Off!

What You’ll Do

🔹 Set up & operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, horizontal mills, portable equipment, VTLs).
🔹 Read & interpret blueprints to determine machining operations and tolerances.
🔹 Measure, mark, and verify dimensions using precision tools.
🔹 Troubleshoot & adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
🔹 Work on complete assemblies & repairs, ensuring proper fit and function.
🔹 Collaborate with engineers & production teams to solve machining challenges.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1-3 years of machining experience (Journeyman certification preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, setup, and machining principles.
✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical demands of machining work.
✅ Self-motivated & detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
✅ Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
