CNC Machine Operator or Junior Operator

Job Type: Full-time, In-person
Pay:

• Junior Machinist: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Starting)
• Experienced Machinist: $24.00 – $29.00 / hour (Based on experience)

The Role

You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our CNC mills and lathes. Whether you are a well-seasoned machinist or a fast learner, your goal is the same: producing high-precision parts that meet our customers' exact standards.

Key Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Produce precision parts according to technical requirements.
• Use precision tools (calipers/micrometers provided) to inspect your work.
• Adjust machine settings and offsets to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the shop runs efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Previous machining experience is a plus, but we are willing to train a Junior Machinist with the right attitude.
• Reliability: You have a dependable way to get to work on time every day.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting 30–40 pounds regularly.
• The "Team" Mindset: A desire to work in a small, diligent shop where everyone pulls their weight.
• Initiative: You are a self-starter who takes pride in producing quality parts.
