What You'll Be Doing

• Set up, operate, and prove out CNC mills (3, 4, and 5-axis) and lathes with live tooling
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
• Select and install appropriate tooling and work-holding
• Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances
• Inspect your own work using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges)
• Troubleshoot machine alarms and tooling issues to minimize downtime

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on CNC setup experience on mills or lathes
• Experience with Fanuc, Mori Seiki, or Fadal/Haas controls is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work
• Communicates well with the lead and other shifts to ensure a seamless transition

Pay, Benefits and Schedule

$25.00–$40.00 per hour depending on experience, with a shift premium for 2nd shift team members. Full health, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), and a year-end performance-based bonus.
