The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (and other machines as needed)
- Load materials and run production jobs
- Make tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits at the machine
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Hold tight tolerances and maintain consistent part quality
- Perform in-process inspection using standard measurement tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
This is a hands-on machining role — not just loading parts. You’ll be trusted to keep parts running right.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC lathes (setup + operation)
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Understanding of offsets, tooling, and machining processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and safety-minded
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with multi-axis machining
- Experience making minor program edits (G-code familiarity)
- Prior experience in a production machining environment
