As a CMM Programmer / Inspector, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring part conformity, supporting first articles, and maintaining high inspection standards across production.

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for complex dimensional inspection
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection to aerospace specifications
- Create, modify, and optimize PC-DMIS CMM programs
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspection data for manufacturing
- Interpret CMM output data and graphical reports
- Collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve measurement issues
- Generate alternate programs for validation and inspection coverage
- Train and mentor other CMM operators as needed

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience
- Aerospace manufacturing environment experience
- Strong proficiency with PC-DMIS
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Experience generating and supporting First Article Inspection reports
- Strong math, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred (Not Required):
- Technical certificate or Associate/Bachelor’s degree
- Broader exposure to CNC machining and manufacturing processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
