Advanced CNC Programmer and Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join the mill department at our rapidly growing precision aerospace machine shop in Clarksville, IN.

Required Technical Skills:

- Must have 5+ years of fluent Mastercam 2023 experience - 3 axis VMC with rotary attachment required, 4 axis HMC (tombstone) required, and 5 axis experience qualifies for higher pay

- Must have 5+ years of fluent experience with Haas & Fanuc control machines

- Must have experience holding tolerances of +/- 0.00025" or less in a production environment

- Must be able to practice lean manufacturing, meet deadlines as quoted, and follow shop process

- Must be willing to lead a team of setup personnel and operators, and ensure that company goals, policies, and standards are upheld by all. This job requires you to hold a leadership role in some capacity.

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise
• Ability to work independently and closely follow directions
• Must have a positive and professional attitude
• Available to work weekends and overtime
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for short periods of time
