⚙️ What you'll be doing

• Program, set up, prove out and operate CNC milling jobs independently
• Develop and optimize Mastercam toolpaths for 3-axis, 3+2 and 5-axis work
• Select tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds and machining strategies
• Load and edit programs, establish offsets and troubleshoot processes
• Read complex blueprints and apply GD&T requirements
• Inspect precision components and document results
• Improve cycle time, repeatability, quality and unattended machining potential
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and other shop-floor team members

🔩 Materials you'll work with

DPI machines aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, bronze, engineered plastics, tool steels, hardened materials and superalloys. Material assignments will vary by customer program and job.

✅ What we're looking for

Required:

• 10+ years of relevant CNC milling, setup and machining experience
• Ability to independently set up, prove out and operate CNC milling work
• Experience reading blueprints and applying GD&T
• Strong knowledge of tooling, workholding, offsets and inspection
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes

Preferred:

• Advanced Mastercam programming experience
• Experience with complex 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining
• Ability to independently program and develop complex multi-axis jobs
• Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls
