Schwartz is a specialty, precision machining prototype shop serving the automotive, marine, and heavy equipment markets. Major customers include Stellantis, Ford, and GM; Mercury Marine; Allison Transmission, Caterpillar, and Navistar; as well as highly precise NASCAR racing customers.

With 44,000 square feet of floor space, Schwartz is positioned to meet and exceed your most complex precision machining needs due to our deep, broad product experience/know-how and our broad CNC and conventional precision machining equipment. Schwartz can be your single-source, taking responsibility for patterns, castings, and machining benefiting you with time and cost savings. INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP

The major customers and projects through the years have been primarily automotive, although the company made major contributions to the first nuclear reactors, radar spheres, aircraft and helicopter components, automotive race engine programs, rotary engine development, and currently development required by government-mandated emission and fuel economy requirements.

Schwartz Machine is a leader in the machining of new and exotic materials. We were pioneers in the machining of many of the materials that have come across our equipment, such as titanium, zirconium, magnesium, aluminum-silicon, ceramics, powdered metal, Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI), plastics, and many other exotic alloys.

Also, over the last couple of decades, Schwartz has positioned itself as the premier source for machining of racing blocks and heads, as well as other high-value precision components. Since the late 1990s, we have been the go-to source for heads and blocks in NASCAR racing. During the Indy Racing League era, we were the source for machining on the Aurora engine.
