A couple of the ARCH sites are really booming and they are looking to bring on Machinists and Programmers that can be autonomous and grow within the organization.
Employees are proud to work there. They have some really high internal survey scores for innovation specifically.
A lot of state-of-the-art Mazak, Willemin, Haas, Kern & more. Every machinist we've talked to say they love the equipment they work on, and the types of parts they machine.
There seems to be the normal perks of a larger organization (Arch has many sites across the country) in terms of stability, benefits, 401K match, etc... but leadership can also operate quite independently to do what is best for the local team. Always a bonus!
