We specialize in high-mix, low-volume precision machining — with small lot sizes, frequent changeovers, and a wide variety of part setups. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines</li><li>Work with multi-axis and live tooling equipment</li><li>Read and interpret G-code and M-code</li><li>Maintain quality standards and follow inspection protocols</li><li>Adapt quickly to new parts, materials, and machining strategies</li><li>Collaborate with team members to optimize setups and reduce downtime</li></ul>What You’ll Work With<ul><li>A broad fleet of Japanese-built machines, including DMG Mori</li><li>Specialized multi-axis CNCs (training provided)</li><li>A steady stream of challenging parts and tooling strategies</li></ul>Shifts &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Opportunities on both first and second shift</li><li>4 x 10 hour shifts (Monday - Thursday)</li><li>Some flexibility depending on experience and team needs</li></ul>Pay &amp; Benefits 💰$24–$31/hour, based on experience 📚 On-the-job training for specialized equipment 🏭 Stable work environment with technical variety
