Arrowhead Winch, manufacturer of BRADEN, CARCO, and Gearmatic products, is growing and looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our 3rd shift team in Okmulgee, OK.<h3>💵 Pay &amp; Shift Details</h3><ul><li>Base Pay: $21.20 – $31.49/hr (based on experience)</li><li>+ $2.60/hr Skills Differential</li><li>+ $2.40/hr Night Shift Differential</li><li>$2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid $1,000 at start, $750 at 6 months, $750 at 9 months)</li><li>Overtime opportunities available</li></ul><h3>🎁 Benefits</h3><ul><li>401(k) with 5% match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Company-paid life &amp; disability insurance</li><li>12 paid holidays + vacation &amp; sick time</li><li>Clean, climate-controlled, and safe work environment</li></ul><h3>🔧 Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions</li><li>Perform accurate in-process inspections using precision measuring tools</li><li>Deburr and finish machined parts as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals</li><li>Perform routine machine checks (oil levels, pressures, etc.)</li></ul><h3>✅ Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with CNC machining (lathe/mill) – able to perform both simple and complex operations</li><li>Understanding of feed/speed concepts and tooling (ceramic, carbide, HSS)</li><li>Proficient with precision instruments: micrometers, air gages, snap gages, height/depth gages, etc.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and perform necessary math calculations</li><li>Familiar with SPC techniques and quality standards</li><li>Basic computer skills for production tracking</li><li>Strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork</li></ul><h3>📦 Why Arrowhead Winch?</h3>At Arrowhead Winch, we’re dedicated to employee growth, safety, and innovation.
