Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures high-performance winch, hoist, and drive systems under the trusted BRADEN, CARCO, and Gearmatic brand names. With facilities in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma, we support industries that rely on durable, precision-built components.

We’re growing and currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for 3rd Shift at our Okmulgee, OK location.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks using precision instruments: micrometers, snap gages, air gages, and more
• Maintain machining tolerances and surface finishes to spec
• Deburr, inspect, and complete documentation for production runs
• Work with various materials using carbide, ceramic, and HSS tooling
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices

📐 What You Bring

• Hands-on CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes)
• Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls
• Skilled in precision measuring equipment
• Positive attitude, safety mindset, and team-oriented work ethic
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and occasional overtime
