Arrowhead Winch, manufacturer of BRADEN, CARCO, and Gearmatic products, is growing and looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our 3rd shift team in Okmulgee, OK.

💵 Pay & Shift Details

• Base Pay: $21.20 – $31.49/hr (based on experience)
• + $2.60/hr Skills Differential
• + $2.40/hr Night Shift Differential
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid $1,000 at start, $750 at 6 months, $750 at 9 months)
• Overtime opportunities available

🔧 Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform accurate in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
• Deburr and finish machined parts as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Perform routine machine checks (oil levels, pressures, etc.)

✅ Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machining (lathe/mill) – able to perform both simple and complex operations
• Understanding of feed/speed concepts and tooling (ceramic, carbide, HSS)
• Proficient with precision instruments: micrometers, air gages, snap gages, height/depth gages, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform necessary math calculations
• Familiar with SPC techniques and quality standards
• Basic computer skills for production tracking
• Strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork
