Join us on this extraordinary journey, as we work together to transform our vision into reality.*note* second shift is from 3pm - 11:30pm&nbsp;About the Role:&nbsp;<ul><li>Full ownership and accountability over several teams of CNC operators</li><li>Lead the team of people leaders for the Ops floor</li><li>Support longer-term strategic operations on the shop floor &nbsp;</li><li>Mentor and coach your team to develop their personal career goals &nbsp;</li></ul>About You:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience identifying manufacturing process gaps and analyzing their impact on the production system</li><li>Experience administrating/delegating daily work assignments to your team</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments</li></ul>Nice to haves but not required:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience leading high performing teams of people leaders</li><li>Experience in the manufacture of highly controlled aerospace products</li><li>Experience implementing key system improvements and measuring success&nbsp;</li></ul>Compensation is only one part of our total rewards package.
