LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile The primary purpose of this position is to set up and operate manual and CNC (Complex Numeric Control) horizontal milling machines, manual lathes, and CNC lathes in order to perform precise operations on a variety of parts and components. Tools used include but are not limited to various Horizontal boring mills and associated equipment such as: milling cutters, boring bars and heads, saw, inside and outside micrometers, vernier gauges, dial indicators, wrenches, blocks, jacks, readouts and P.C., cranes, etc. Job duties require knowledge in the use of shop mathematics, together with reading complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, various types of precision measuring instruments and/or the training generally applicable in a particular or specialized occupation. Prefer 5-7 years applied trades training, such as use of blueprints, CNC equipment, G &amp; M code, manual machining etc. Must also be able to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions. Machining Cell Operator 2nd Shift (Onsite)

Position: CNC Senior Programmer Reporting Line: Machine Shop Manager Department: Manufacturing Location: Houston, TX Position Summary: The primary responsibilities of the CNC Senior Programmer are to write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on CNC machines. This position will work to develop work holding devices and select cutting tools while creating and compiling necessary documents to aid setting up machines. The position is responsible to write CNC programs for 2 to 5 axis lathes as well as 3 and 4 axis vertical mills. Need to integrate work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Scheduling Departments to ensure a smooth flow of quality products through the factory. Must work to meet deadlines and any milestones. Wausau Window and Wall Systems POSITION SUMMARY Set up and operate saws and cut materials in the production of frames, trim and window sections in a safe and efficient manner. POSITION DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Set up and operate all saws to cut miters, compound miters and square cuts in a safe, quality focused and efficient manner.</li><li>Update or mark out master print on each job for all parts cut.</li><li>Set up saws to be used for all die sizes and shapes including the use of fixtures and blocking. Basic blocking should be made and set up by operator.</li><li>Compliance with quality system requirements including first piece inspection of all parts and every five pieces after that on a typical run. Make adjustments as required to assure that all parts are within quality specifications.
