CNC Maintenance Technician

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS The primary functions include operating multi-axes computer numerical control (CNC) milling machines or lathes to machine surfaces of metallic and nonmetallic work pieces. CNC Milling Machinist III (1st shift)

We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator for a unique opportunity on our manufacturing team in Appleton, WI. Our shop is not your typical machine shop. As a CNC Machinist/Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of a successful team and will be responsible for operating the vertical turning centers that produce specialized products and components for the aerospace industry. In this role, you will be able to work with new state-of-the art equipment in a safe, clean, air and climate-controlled environment. This is a weekend night shift, Friday-Sunday, 5pm-5am. Scheduled to work 36 hours but paid for 40! This position also includes an additional $1/hour shift differential for working the weekend night shift. Training will be on 1st or 2nd shift (weekdays). A successful CNC Machinist/Machine Operator is a problem solver, safety-focused and understands the importance of precision and quality. To be successful, you must learn ATI, our products, customers and procedures and work collaboratively with other CNC Machinists and cross-functional teams to ensure product is manufactured to quality and customer specifications. We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Coon Valley team. This position produces components by setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, meeting ATI's high safety and quality standards and maintaining equipment and supplies. The person in this position will work the Day Shift on Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5am-5pm. Training may be conducted on day shift Monday-Friday. You are scheduled for 36 hours per week and paid for an additional 4 hours through an hourly premium.
