Position Summary As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will utilize electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnostic equipment to perform precision machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. You will provide updates utilizing our CMMS and inventory tracking systems. You will complete preventive and planned maintenance tasks using equipment O &amp; M manuals, schematics, and other drawings. You will use sophisticated measuring instruments for completing precision machine alignments. You will utilize analysis tools, such as oil sampling, vibration analysis, and thermal imaging to predict equipment failures and generate work requests for predictive maintenance. Position Summary This is for third shift (typically 10:00 pm to 6:30 am) Candidate is responsible to set up and maintain production on CNC operated machines. Candidate is also responsible for on time delivery of manufactured components, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
