Job Summary: The 5-Axis CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving CNC programs and associated documentation related to 3 &amp; 5-Axis machining for complex aerospace, defense, and motorsports industry parts. The Programmer will work with the Machining Manager to ensure parts meet FWC's manufacturing standards. The Programmer will monitor the quality of the first article parts by detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, and adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. The programmer will utilize their technical expertise to work within the team to develop and implement machining and manufacturing processes to meet engineering requirements. The Programmer will be required to take ownership of these processes from program conception to completion. This ME/ CNC Programmer will generate CNC programs offline for Turning Boring &amp; milling machines. Also critical to this role is process engineering, cutting tool design, and shop floor support. And create Process models and necessary fixturing for programming. While creating and modifying offline CNC programs</li></ul>NX Cam Software experience must Siemens NX and Vericut experience must 840D controller <ul><li>Validate CNC programs</li><li>Data management utilizing a PLM Software</li><li>Siemens Teamcenter experience preferred</li><li>Output and edit output code to run automatically on requested work center.</li><li>Create setup and supporting documentation to adequately instruct factory personnel on the loading and execution of automated manufacturing method.
