POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Rack &amp; un-rack component parts for processing.</li><li>Manually move racks through process tanks monitoring timing.</li><li>Monitor, test &amp; document all results from bath testing.</li><li>Constitute new baths or replenish chemicals as needed to maintain baths.</li><li>Monitor anodizing surface finish and thickness to maintain quality standards.</li><li>Keep the area clean and organized.</li><li>Track orders and complete quantities for reporting.</li><li>Load/unload material into machines and fixtures for buffing &amp; polishing.</li><li>Routinely check parts to determine if meeting cosmetic, functional &amp; dimensional standards.</li><li>Check surface finished parts to determine if meeting specifications.</li><li>Monitor quality and make all necessary equipment adjustments to machine or process bath to maintain specifications and tolerances.</li><li>Utilize dimensional prints, read understand and reference to maintain specifications.</li><li>Monitor machine operation and replace worn or broken tools as required.</li><li>Some manual operations are required on parts before and after processing such as cleaning and packaging, etc.</li><li>Minor machine maintenance, oil, lube, coolant etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>Ability to read and understand technical recipes for solution baths.</li><li>Ability to read, comprehend and adhere to standard work procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to follow verbal and/or written instruction.</li></ul><ul><li>Good eyesight and able to see small color variation.</li><li>Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Requires accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Self-motivated; can work alone or as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to follow directives.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>A passion for continuous improvement.</li></ul> REQUIRED EXPERIENCES: <ul><li>High school diploma (or equivalent) required.</li><li>Experience in using hand and light power tools.</li></ul>
