Position Summary This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining centers, mills, lathes, and router equipment. The Machine Operator produces quality product according to precise specifications within time constraints. At some locations, this position will also include general warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving. In this position, the employee will work with moderate supervision. Architectural drafting background or related material take-off experience helpful. </li><li> Ability to read analyzes and interprets design data, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write instruction sheets, cutter lists, reports and business correspondence. </li><li> Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods. </li><li> Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system </li><li> Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. </li><li> While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
