RMS Inc. is looking for a Lead CNC HBM Machinist - Night Shift to join our team. The Lead CNC HBM Machinist - Night Shift will supervise the night shift machinist while ensuring adherence to proper schedule and priorities with primary responsibility to drive production and quality. This role may also perform a variety of finish machining practices involved with drilling, threading (tap &amp; thread mill), boring, etc, while maintaining close tolerances on a wide variety of components from various industries. The ideal candidate needs to be fluent with Fanuc Controls (Tosnuc) including A+ experience with cogsdill contouring heads and the use of right-angle heads. The candidate must be able to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, read and understand programs, all to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements. Must have basic hand &amp; measuring tools, indicators, etc. PRIMARY RESPONISIBILTIES <ul><li>Supervise, instruct and direct personnel.</li><li>Manage daily time and attendance.</li><li>Operates and programs machine tools in accordance with training and safety procedures.</li><li>Reads blueprints or job orders to obtain product specifications (dimensions and tolerances) and tooling instructions (fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, and cutting tools).</li><li>Positions and secures workpieces to holding devices, machine tables, chucks, centers, or fixtures using clamps and wrenches.</li><li>Sets specified feeds, speeds, and depth of cut in accordance with product specifications and tooling instructions.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend complex engineering drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Ability to set up and operate a full range of conventional machine shop equipment.</li><li>Observes operation and verifies conformance of machined workpieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as fixed gauges, calipers, comparators, and micrometers.</li><li>Performs machine daily checks and maintenance.</li><li>Works to close tolerances and select speeds, feeds, and tools for varying conditions according to reference manuals or materials for machine setups and repair. 2nd Shift Production CNC Machinist

This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility. Role Overview: Beehive Industries is searching for a qualified candidate to fill an open position for a Sr. CNC Machinist/Programmer. This position is intended for a self-driven professional looking to expand their abilities to include machining consumable goods for the DMLS process as well as metal 3D printed components. Responsibilities: • Setup and run 3-axis and 5-axis CNC vertical machining centers and CMM equipment • Develop machining fixtures for complex aerospace components • Program CNC equipment on-line and off-line • Quote machining work for internal and external customers • Maintain accurate and legible records of production work and results • Uphold a high degree of a work-area cleanliness (daily and weekly) and organization • Explore opportunities to add value to the organization • Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on various shop equipment • Understand and identify EH&amp;S hazards, risks and controls of the machine shop operations and activities at the site • Ensure full compliance with EHS and Quality requirements • Allocate tooling to be ordered for jobs Requirements: • 4+ years of CNC machining experience in turbo machinery components • Experience machining castings, forging or 3D printed hardware an asset using 5 axis CNC, and EDM machines • High School Diploma • Experience in SolidCAM, MasterCam or NX PowerMill an asset • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Office (2 years programming experience) • Strong technical skills in GD&amp;T &amp; blueprints • Strong experience with turning/lathes • Some experience working with Heat Resistant Super Alloys (Nickel Alloys) • Experience with OKUMA and Makino multi axis CNC equipment preferred • Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication and teamwork skills • Exposure to working within a facility quality systems and codes (ex.
