Wieland is hiring a Water Jet Operator. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator, CNC Water Jet. Candidates will focus on machine operation and product quality while also assisting with overall warehouse operations as needed.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail (critical skill)
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management
  • Ability to work as part of a team and offer assistance to teammates when necessary
  • Ability to work shift work and occasional Saturday hours as required by the position
  • Ability to work in warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings
  • Ability to read a tape measure and calipers
  EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical/maintenance skills a plus
  • Understanding of CNC Water Jet controls (preferred)
  • Understanding of manufacturing industries
