About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest level of accuracy, consistency, and safety in our CNC machining operations. You’ll be responsible for inspecting precision-machined components from first article through production runs, helping us maintain our zero-defect quality culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
• Implement and improve quality control procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot defects and equipment issues
• Perform routine visual inspections of machined parts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior quality control experience in a CNC machine shop or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with inspection equipment including:
  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
  • Vision System
  • Optical Comparator
• PPAP (all levels) experience is a plus
