💵 Pay: $16.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

About the Role

D&D Manufacturing is seeking a Part Finisher / Deburrer to join our precision machining team in Ipswich, MA. This is a full-time position with an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have experience in deburring and finishing machined parts, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and finish machined parts to meet blueprint specifications and surface finish requirements
• Polish parts to specified O-ring and cosmetic finish standards
• Work with a wide variety of materials including steels, stainless steels, aluminum, plastics, and exotic alloys
• Use both manual and automated methods, along with the correct tools, to achieve the required finishes
• Read and interpret blueprints and finishing instructions
• Work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced shop environment

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring and finishing precision machined parts preferred (will train the right person)
• Ability to interpret blueprints and surface finish specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
