This is a part-time position expected to be approximately 20 hours per week.

The CNC Maintenance Technician will need to be able to perform CNC diagnostics, repairs, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, and CNC machines
  • Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns or malfunctions
  • identify the cause, and repair or replace malfunctioning components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery or replacing filters.Install new CNC machinery or computerized control systems as needed.
  • Monitor equipment performance to ensure that it is operating efficiently and within safe tolerances.
  • Maintain equipment records, including work orders and repair logs.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Electronics and/or CNC Certification
  • 3 years related work experience
  • Knowledge of basic mechanics and electricity
  • Capable of utilizing advanced shop math
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not available.
