We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and energetic leader to join our Team and have an immediate impact on our continued growth and success. We're seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our production floor and elevate our operational performance.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead and optimize daily CNC machining operations in a high-mix, low-volume aerospace environment
• Ensure compliance with NADCAP and AS9100 standards and customer-specific aerospace requirements
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multi-axis machining centers
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement strategies
• Mentor and develop machinists, supervisors, and support staff
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet tight-tolerance specs
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Manage tooling, maintenance, and machine utilization to maximize uptime
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence

🧠 What You Bring

• 7+ years of CNC machining experience, with 3+ years in aerospace operations leadership
• Expertise in tight-tolerance machining and specialty metals (e.g., titanium, Inconel)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and CNC programming fundamentals
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., JobBOSS, Epicor) and production planning tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Education - Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

• Certifications - Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or Certified Manager (CM) preferred

• Software Proficiency - ERP systems, MS Office, CAD/CAM exposure
