Manufacturing Manager CNC DEPARTMENT Westchester County NY
Must have manufacturing experience IN A PLANT ENVIRONMENT. This is not an office position, on the floor . Tthe salary range is from $75K-$110K depending on experience , BENEFIT DETAILS available.
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be authorized to work in USA. DOD work. NO relocation,. Commutable.
Degree in Engineering preferred and minimum 5-7 years Managerial experience.

Mechanical abilities required.
**Experience with lathes, grinders, blueprint reading a plus. Other skills helpful: MRP/Inventory Control; Lean Manufacturing 5-S; and Quality Control. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Please note that this is NOT an office position. This is a "hands-on" position in the CNC department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall direction, coordination of department(s) consisting multiple employees.
• Inspects products for conformance.
• Directs setup and adjustments of machines and process equipment.
• Sets/adjusts production schedules.
• Applies and enforces company policies and safety regulations
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Troubleshoot complicated equipment
• Inspection and Maintenance - familiarity with methods and procedures
