OUR TEAM
As a member of our Pilot Metals Development team, you will use creative problem solving to manufacture our metal product parts, such as progressive stamping, computer numeric control (CNC) machining, electrical discharge machining (EDM), vacuum molds or metal injection molding (MIM). Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping critical components and contributing to the next generation of medical technology. These roles include the following:

Benefits
The base compensation range for these roles can range from $18 - $40/hr for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
