This position is responsible for operating equipment used in the cutting, fabricating, and manufacturing of high-quality knife blades and components. Machine operators also perform tasks to complete the machine operating process including but not limited to material handling, loading and unloading machines, and quality checks.

- Convenient Schedule: 2nd shift hours from 3:30 pm to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday (training period runs 7:00 am to 4:00 pm for 30-90 days).
What You'll Do: As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in crafting our high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining equipment used for cutting, fabricating, and manufacturing knife blades and components.
- Loading and unloading small parts onto milling centers and CNC machines.
- Performing reaming, tapping, and bending operations with precision tools.
- Conducting quality checks on bulk parts and ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Performing basic machine maintenance, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Changing tooling and making machine adjustments as needed.
What You Bring to the Table: We are willing to train the right person!
- Experience with CNC mill operations and G-code adjustments (preferred).
- Education in machinist-related programs or courses (preferred).
- Proficiency with measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges (preferred).
- Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) (Preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documents and hold tight tolerances.
- Knife knowledge is a bonus!
