Machine Operator

Dixon Bayco is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in West Chester, OH in our new climate-controlled facility! This person will be responsible for preparing bar stock & castings for machining, running production, and much more! Responsibilities

• Prepare bar stock & casting for machining
• Load/unload & run production machines
• Cleaning, deburring & finishing of machined components
• Cleaning & machine maintenance
• Light assembly
• Counting, packaging & labeling product
• Other projects as needed

Competencies

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Follows directions well
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
• Works well with the Machine Shop team
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining desired quality and accuracy
• Pack product for shipping
