Industrial Services of Peachtree City is a full-service welding, fabrication, and precision machine shop serving wholesalers, retailers, and contractors nationwide. Since 2001, we’ve built a reputation as a world-class solutions provider for both custom and production machining.

We’re currently seeking a highly skilled Machinist with expertise in manual machining and CNC programming/operation. This is a hands-on role for a versatile machinist who thrives in a job shop environment — running both manual mills/lathes and CNC machines for custom parts, prototypes, and production runs.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Operate manual mills and lathes to produce precision parts from drawings or samples
🔹 Program and run CNC mills & CNC lathes (G-code, conversational, or CAD/CAM)
🔹 Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and part prints
🔹 Machine materials including steel, stainless, aluminum, and plastics
🔹 Work independently on complex one-off and prototype parts
🔹 Use precision measuring tools to hold tight tolerances
🔹 Apply problem-solving skills to design and build accurate components
🔹 (Bonus) Use Mastercam and CAD/CAM tools for advanced programming

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of manual machining experience
✔️ 5+ years of CNC programming & setup (mills and lathes)
✔️ Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills
✔️ Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools
✔️ Ability to handle complex parts in a job shop environment

Preferred (Not Required):
➕ Mastercam programming experience
➕ CAD/CAM knowledge
